LEGAL SERVICES / TYPES OF APPEALS

The above types of appeals are examples and do not indicates all of the types of appeals.  Click the link below for a full list of types of appeals that I handle.

CRIMINAL APPEALS
We represent individuals who have been accused or convicted of crimes in Florida, who are challenging their sentences in state and federal court, and who are challenging post-conviction rulings from criminal cases.
CIVIL APPEALS
A civil appeal can include a large variety of cases, including, breach of contract, negligence, car accidents, slip and fall, unemployment compensation, personal injury, employment discrimination, and medical/dental/legal malpractice, among other things.
WORKER'S COMPENSATION APPEALS
Florida law on worker's compensation benefits changes regularly and we represent injured parties to ensure they obtain all of the benefits to which they are entitled after being injured on the job.
FAMILY LAW APPEALS
Often times, there are so many issues involved in family law cases, one or both parties ask the appellate courts to review the trial judge's rulings and we represent individuals in these highly personal matters.
PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE DISCLIPLINE
We represent professionals who have spent years in graduate programs, learning and developing their skills, when those individual need help to retain their licenses to practice. We step in after the administrative process has imposed some form of discipline.
TRIAL SUPPORT
We provide support to trial attorneys with discovery, legal research, and medical research as they pursue justice for their clients.
