FLAT FEES ON APPEALS

 

No hourly fees – all appeals are handled on a flat fee basis.  You will know the full attorney fee up front.  Payment plans for the attorney fees may be available.  Costs payable to the clerk, court, and court reporter are not included in the flat attorney fee.  The client is responsible for all costs.   Call me to discuss your legal needs and payment options.
